Cost is $226 for individual supervision 50 minutes $125 for dyadic supervision (2people) 1.5 hour And $40 for a group supervision. 2 hours. 5-6 people.

Tailored Mentorship
Raquel Soteldo tailors its supervision to address the unique professional development needs and objectives of both therapists and supervisors. The main focus with Raquel Soteldo is Narcissistic Abuse and Recovery. Supervisees are taken into a world of C-PTSD in relation to antagonistic partners, family members, friends, cult leaders and/or co-workers. Treatment plans are tailored to individuals who have suffered emotional, psychological, mental, reproductive, sexual, and/or financial abuse. Mentorship is trauma-informed. Raquel Soteldo also offers external supervision and consultation for other types of client cases, including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, life stressors, marriage counselling, teen and child difficulties and more. Raquel Soteldo offers committed support and guidance.

Raquel Soteldo invites therapists with various client-centered orientations such as psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, compassion-focused, trauma-informed, interpersonal, psychodynamic, attachment-focused, and feminist approaches. This framework also encompasses trauma-informed quantum mechanics education, hypnotherapy, and trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Collaborative Approach
Supervision sessions occur individually, in pairs, or within small groups, promoting a collaborative learning atmosphere for sharing insights and honing skills. Supervisees are provided with a range of helpful resources for themselves and their clients. The supervision works together with psychotherapy, where supervisees may freely book Psychotherapy sessions with Raquel Soteldo to work on their own personal outcomes in order to serve their client base best.

Support for Regulatory Requirements
Therapists and supervisors working in private or community practice are required to have a graduate degree (Master’s in Counselling), be working under the Qualifying status and/or be registered or currently in the registration process with their respective regulatory bodies (for example, CRPO, CCPA, OASW). Raquel Soteldo promotes adherence to professional standards while fostering professional development.
